Booking Information - Prices

Accommodation charges are calculated on a 'per person per night basis' and are all inclusive. Activity charges and hire of outdoor clothing and boots, however, are separate, except for our Schools Package which includes these and catering.

Accommodation only rates:

	2012
rate A	£13.50	For all youth organisations (where the young people are under 26 years and not in full time education) and adults from small charitable organisations.
rate B	Price on application	For any other adult/private/corporate or family group bookings.

Minimum numbers: John Champion Barn has 26 beds with a minimum of 22 to be paid for, the Grindslow Wing has 20 beds with a minimum of 15 to be paid for and the Whole Centre has 46 beds with a minimum of 35 to be paid for (where pre-school children are charged 50% of rate A they only count as half a bed night for the purposes of meeting the minima).

A non-returnable deposit of £60/wing/night is required to confirm a booking.  The balance is due on the day of departure, although special arrangements can be negotiated.
