Booking Information

Bookings can be made up to 2 years in advance.
Just check the vacancies page then phone the office (01433 670254) and we will make a provisional booking for you.
We will normally hold the booking for 2 weeks before the deposit and Part 1 booking form are due.

If you are looking for catered accommodation see our Catering page under the heading 'The Peak Centre', or if you are a school and want activities too then see our Schools page under the heading 'Groups'.

Once you have booked your residential with us you may find the following documents useful.

• Part 1 Booking Form.pdf  or  Part 1 Booking Form.doc
• Part 2 booking form (We will send you a Part 2 form about 10 weeks before your visit asking for more detailed information about your stay)
• Risk assessments
• Activity Consent forms
• Volunteer belayer instructions
  

Bursary fund

This fund is available on the basis of individual need and applications must be made in advance by the group organiser.
